Delivery fee is additional and is determined by distance.

Yes, the rental fee is due 30 days before your event date.  The rental fee covers the actual use of the cake stand and is non-refundable.

It could happen that your cake stand is damaged during a rental before your event day arrives.  We'll do our best to have an identical replacement, but depending on the timing, we may need to either substitute a different cake stand or refund your deposit/rental fee.

As soon as you can, especially if you have your heart set on one of the stands.  

You are responsible for getting the cake stand back to us.  The standard rental is for 48 hours.  Need longer? Need us to pick it up from the venue?  Let's talk.

This is what the deposit is for.  The deposit for each cake stand directly reflects its replacement cost.

Absolutely!  We can set a time that works well for you and even your baker.

Yes, a full deposit is required to reserve a cake stand.  The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the cake stand in the same condition that you received it, within 48 hours of delivery.

Life happens.  If you need to cancel, we'll happily refund your deposit, no questions asked.

However, please note that the rental fee is non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
